my mind
When the days are short and gray, dream of summer by the sea. Dream of a summer retreat on an artists' island, of warm sand under your feet, of gently swaying grass through which a mild wind blows, of flowers whispering and the sound of the sea.
Come along to the sea on the island of Hiddensee and blossom, reveling in late summer's abundance of flowers and when you create beautiful and wild floral artworks with us. Be part of the workshop of the series of retreats with international flower designers - blÿh my mind .

The third workshop "Wild Abandon" of the blÿh my mind series took place on September 6th and 7th, 2024 on the island of Hiddensee.
This time, the world-famous floral designers Sarah Ryhanen (saipua) and Nicolette Owen (Nicolette Camille Floral Design) (both USA) were invited. This workshop was entirely dedicated to the topic of sustainable wedding and event floristry. In two days, Nicolette and Sarah demonstrated two different techniques for a 'bridal bouquet', a coworking statement piece for a reception area and a centerpiece. The design of a festive table and the dinner at it marked the end of the program. All of the participants' pieces from Germany, Ukraine and Switzerland were staged in the unique atmosphere of the "Meersaal" workshop location in Neuendorf or on the beautiful beach of the island and photographed by Catrin (blÿh).
"This week totally touched me and brought me forward in various dimensions and I'm incredibly happy and grateful to have gained all the experiences this year."
