The second workshop "PICTURESQUE" ofbloom my mind Series took place from the 5th to the 8th. September 2023 on the island of Hiddensee.
This time the floral designer and landscape architect Lucy Hunter (UK) was invited. This workshop was particularly about staging a floral arrangement in the picture and photographing the scene. The program began with an exploration of the small artists' island and a picnic on the cliffs. This was followed by three days of designing an urn, a centerpiece arrangement, tablescape styling and finally the artistic connection of individual elements with an installation.
Participants from Germany and Switzerland were impressed by the patina and magical Capture the atmosphere of the Meersaal of the former Hotel “Am Meer” in Neuendorf. The flowery table at dinner in the Meersaal was a feast for the eyes.
